- By entering the VIP ticket competition (the Application), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The Application is run by Murfitts Industries.
- The Application will run from [Tuesday 30 April 2019 at 9:00am] (the Opening Date) to 11:59pm on 9 May 2019 (the Closing Date)] inclusive (the Competition Period).
- To enter the Application please complete and submit the entry form, which can be found at https://www.murfittsindustries.com/news/britishgtcompetition (the Application Form) by the Closing Date.
- Entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be valid for entry into the Application and will be disregarded by Murfitts Industries.
- At the conclusion of the Competition Period, the winners will be selected at random.
ELIGIBILITY
- The Application is open to anyone over the age of eighteen (18).
- The applicant must be available to attend the race at Snetterton, Norfolk, UK on 19 May 2019.
- In entering the Application, the applicant confirms that they are eligible to do so. Murfitts Industries may require proof that the applicant is eligible to enter.
NOTIFICATION
- Four applicants will be chosen by random (the Successful Applicant), they will receive an email notification on 10 May. On receiving this email, the Successful Applicant will have until 13 May at 11:59pm to confirm their acceptance and attendance.
- Once the Successful Applicant has received the email from Murfitts Industries, the Successful Applicant may provide Murfitts Industries with a telephone number if they prefer to be contacted by telephone.
- Murfitts Industries will provide the Successful Applicant with further details involved in the experience via their preferred method of communication.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS
- The Successful Applicants will partake in a one-day outing and this will include:
- An additional pass for the Successful Applicant to invite the guest of their choice.
- Champagne reception on arrival
- Breakfast and lunch.
- Full paddock access and VIP parking permits.
- Pre-race grid walks passes
- Garage and truck tour, and photos with the car
PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES
- By entering this Application, the applicant agrees to participate in all related publicity as may reasonably be requested by Murfitts Industries, including but not limited to: press, print and online publicity (which will include photographs of the Successful Applicant).
DATA PROTECTION
- Murfitts will not sell any applicants personal information to others or release it to others without their prior consent, and will only use their personal data as outlined in Murfitts privacy policy: https://www.murfittsindustries.com/privacy-policy

- Murfitts reserves the right to cancel the Application at any time. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The Application and these terms and conditions (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law and any disputes or claims must be referred to English courts.
- Applicant’s data will be held by Murfitts Industries for the duration of the competition. Where applicants have indicated they would like to receive further communication from Murfitts Industries, this data will be held for one year where applicants will be asked to update their preferences
